Great experience from start to finish. The dental hygienist(Megan) was incredibly thorough, gentle, and made the whole visit feel easy. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Honestly one of the best cleanings I’ve had — highly recommend!

First appointment and top notch service even before the visit. Easy online patient forms and scheduling. The receptionists were very nice and quick. My hygienist thoroughly explained new patient intake, what she was doing and why, and any problems she noticed with my teeth and gums. Both the hygienist and dentist answered all my questions, were nonjudgmental, and had great communication. Extremely pleased with my first visit and would definitely recommend!

My appointment was very thorough. The staff were extremely professional and kind. I didn't get great news for my care plan but they were very understanding and offered everything they could to help me receive the recommended care. I'm very impressed and pleased with my choice of this office.

I was getting so frustrated because I could not find a new dentist. My old dentist did not take my new insurance. I had a throbbing tooth. I explained situation to gal who answered phone and she said there's no openings until March. I was like ok. I continued to look for dentists. About 15 minutes later, Spring Ridge called back and said yes, we can get you in tomorrow! I was so relieved. I went and the office was beautiful, everyone was so nice. I want this to be my new dentist and told them that! Excellent customer service team, very, very pleased!
